A writer is someone who composes words for others to read. Many writers make a good living doing this with jobs that have them writing press releases, newsletters, curriculum, reviews, grants, briefs, and even editing. They are good at stringing words together to make a point, but they long to be a writer with a capital W. What keeps them from writing something that satisfies their creative hunger? In this week’s MediaMonday we’ll discuss this in reference to Amy Barr’s “On Becoming A Writer Who Writes,” originally published in Tue/Night on March 18, 2014 and reposted on March 21, 2014 in the Huffington Post.
