In near overwhelming sea of advice on what to write about and how to write it, how do you maintain your individuality? Join Robyn McIntyre for LitChat’s Writing Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 4 p.m. E.T. Whether it’s writing blogs, books on writing, or marketing and sales results, we writers are inundated with advice about how (and how not) to write. We’re told to take advantage of trends (sparkly vampires, wizarding schools, modern YA) and how to write expositions, narratives, POV, and structure. How do we do all that, as a group, and yet not become images of one another?

How do you take in advice and yet not let it overwhelm you to the point that you no longer see yourself in your own writing? We’ll discuss this and other aspects of making the best of writing advice while maintaining your individual style on LitChat’s Writing Wednesday for May 6th, 2015 with Robyn McIntyre, 4 p.m. E.T.
